Often times we're thankful for a lot of things but never thankful for a breakup. Yep! Sometimes we just have to be thankful for a breakup. You see because we're blinded by our feelings for our ex, we want to be a part of them regardless of how they feel about us or how they make us feel, we belittle ourselves  do  all sorts of crazy things just to be with them and sadly we ignore how they treat us. The desperation to be a part of them totally blinds us from seeing the blessings in their exit.  When you reflect on your experiences with your ex trust me you'll have a lot to be thankful for.  You have to understand that it's not all break ups that are bad, it's not everyone you lose that's a  loss, some just needs to be kicked to the curb.            laughter comes after the tears. Middle aged woman found dead in MMIA toilet Tragic Middle aged woman found dead in MMIA toilet An unidentified middle aged female passenger had been travelling with Etihad Airways before she had been found dead.     Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos News reports have revealed the unfortunate demise of a middle aged woman found dead in one of the toilet stalls at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos, today. An unidentified middle aged female passenger had been travelling with Etihad Airways before she had been found dead. The Nation reports that the woman had been travelling for medical treatment before her sudden death. The woman was revealed to have complained of sudden pains just before going to the toilet where she may have suffered some complications which ultimately led to her death. Spokesman of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Yakubu Dati, has confirmed the incident. May her soul rest in peace.

Blog posts such as " Say no to Nutella, it is poisoning you and your children " and " Why you'll want to think twice before feeding your kids Nutella " are being shared by thousands on Facebook. The posts claim that the artificial ingredient vanillin, which Nutella contains, is a neurotoxin that kills brain cells. Vanillin is safe to consume, and there is no evidence it kills brain cells, according to the United Nations' Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. "The use of vanillin as a food additive is approved by authorities worldwide," according to an OECD report . " During the present reviewing of the available toxicity data for vanillin, no particular risk has been identified which should give reason to concern or additional toxicity testing in animals." FEW DAYS AGO I GOT AN EMAIL FROM AN ANONYMOUS PERSON  WITH PICTURE EVIDENCE  OF A WOMAN CHEATING ON HER HUSBAND WITH A YOUNGER MAN, I WAS FILLED WITH EMOTIONS AND   I MADE A BLOG POST ABOUT IT. I READ COMMENTS ON THE SAID POST THAT MADE ME BRING THE POST DOWN. PEOPLE CALLING EACH OTHER NAMES AND ALL. I WAS EVEN CALLEED NAMES ON THE SAID POST FOR A STORY THAT WAS SENT TO ME WITH PICTURE EVIDENCE. I WAS NOT USED TO BRING ANYONE DOWN OR BLACKMAIL ANYONE , I DID NOT DO THAT BLOG POST TO GET TRAFFIC ON MY BLOG OR CHEAP PUBLICITY LIKE SOMEONE MENTIONED ON THE BLOG POST.  IF I DID I WILL NOT TAKE THE POST DOWN WHEN I NOTICED PEOPLE CALLING EACH NAMES ON THAT SAID POST  EVEN WITHOUT BEING CONTACTED BY ANYONE. I DID WHAT BLOGGERS AND OTHER MEDIA HOUSES DO PUBLISH A STORY THAT WAS GIVEN . I DON'T KNOW PETRA, IF SHE EVEN WALKS PAST ME I CAN'T IDENTIFY HER.    Rhyl County Court where the judge ruled the daughter must live with her father (Picture: Google Street View) A family court judge has ruled that a teenage girl must live with her father after her parents took opposite sides while her brother was on trial for raping her. The girl, now 15, will live with her father who gave evidence for prosecutors when her brother went on trial at Caernarfon Crown Court. Her mother gave evidence for the defence and the brother was found guilty and given a prison sentence Judge Gareth Jones concluded that she can live with her father but must be supervised by social services. Nobody can legally be identified and the brother’s age was not revealed in the case at a family court hearing in Rhyl, Denbighshire. Judge Jones said the girl was ‘loyal’ to her father. But he said the youngster had to remain under the umbrella of social services staff. He said social workers must remain vigilant. metrouk
