Blog posts such as " Say no to Nutella, it is poisoning you and your children " and " Why you'll want to think twice before feeding your kids Nutella " are being shared by thousands on Facebook. The posts claim that the artificial ingredient vanillin, which Nutella contains, is a neurotoxin that kills brain cells. Vanillin is safe to consume, and there is no evidence it kills brain cells, according to the United Nations' Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. "The use of vanillin as a food additive is approved by authorities worldwide," according to an OECD report . FEW DAYS AGO I GOT AN EMAIL FROM AN ANONYMOUS PERSON  WITH PICTURE EVIDENCE  OF A WOMAN CHEATING ON HER HUSBAND WITH A YOUNGER MAN, I WAS FILLED WITH EMOTIONS AND   I MADE A BLOG POST ABOUT IT. I READ COMMENTS ON THE SAID POST THAT MADE ME BRING THE POST DOWN. PEOPLE CALLING EACH OTHER NAMES AND ALL. I WAS EVEN CALLEED NAMES ON THE SAID POST FOR A STORY THAT WAS SENT TO ME WITH PICTURE EVIDENCE. I WAS NOT USED TO BRING ANYONE DOWN OR BLACKMAIL ANYONE , I DID NOT DO THAT BLOG POST TO GET TRAFFIC ON MY BLOG OR CHEAP PUBLICITY LIKE SOMEONE MENTIONED ON THE BLOG POST.  IF I DID I WILL NOT TAKE THE POST DOWN WHEN I NOTICED PEOPLE CALLING EACH NAMES ON THAT SAID POST  EVEN WITHOUT BEING CONTACTED BY ANYONE.    Rhyl County Court where the judge ruled the daughter must live with her father (Picture: Google Street View) A family court judge has ruled that a teenage girl must live with her father after her parents took opposite sides while her brother was on trial for raping her. The girl, now 15, will live with her father who gave evidence for prosecutors when her brother went on trial at Caernarfon Crown Court. Her mother gave evidence for the defence and the brother was found guilty and given a prison sentence Judge Gareth Jones concluded that she can live with her father but must be supervised by social services. Nobody can legally be identified and the brother’s age was not revealed in the case at a family court hearing in Rhyl, Denbighshire. Judge Jones said the girl was ‘loyal’ to her father. But he said the youngster had to remain under the umbrella of social services staff. He said social workers must remain vigilant. metrouk

It's 15th February and I presume the whole Valentine's day bruhaha is over. Now let me use this opportunity to make common sense.   I spent the whole of yesterday on facebook and I know for a fact that it was crazy. Different Val updates, pictures of lovers, Val gifts etc was just popping up on my timeline, sad updates popped up too but one actually stood out ‎. Personally I feel the lady should be given an award for having the most depressing posts on Zuckerville on Valentine's day.  Wow! From her updates it was clear that she was depressed for not  having a partner to celebrate Val's day with, even one of her posts ended with " I hope I have a man this time next year to celebrate Val with". End Of The Road Thief drowns inside well in Lagos A man who went to a compound to steal met his ugly end when he fell inside a well and drowned in the process. A suspected thief who jumped a fence into a compound in the Alagbado area of Lagos State ostensibly to steal, mistakenly fell into an uncovered well but drowned before help could come his way. It was gathered that the man had scaled the fence of the house located on Modupe Ajayi Close in the area, around 1am on Thursday, February 11, not knowing that there was a well in the middle of the compound. As he allegedly made his way into the compound, he fell into the well and his cries woke up the residents, who alerted the police and officials of the Lagos State Fire Service but before the help could come, the man had died .
